Umm, no not really. I think it's at that point that he starts to gain at a tremendous rate. Honestly there are just too many people who are introduced that are stronger than the last, and Goku gradually is able to match each.
Alright. I didn't think so. Since I have Redjic at a 1.2x advantage over Base Goku, and also about even with SSJ3 Gotenks (possibly slightly weaker) then Goku at stronger than Super Boo works for me.
Yeah it really just depends on your interpretation of the gaps. I like to start Goku lower than most, just to accommodate the many gains he shows, but your opinion is just as valid. You just have tighter gaps than I do.

Anyway I would have Ledics advanatge over Goku at 1.1x times gap he didn't exactly stomped Goku at all :)
